if they want in, cctv wont stop them. neither will padlocks.

Burglars dont like noise. So you want some sort of alarm.... Perhaps two doors to the run, the first one alarmed and not very secure, and the second were well secured up.

theyl get in easily through the first door, and the noise will occur, normally they'll scarper.

you can only deter them, not prevent them, unless of course you want to bend a few laws ;)

if you catch somone in your garden after your dogs you

have to give them afew good slaps. the fuckers wont

come back after that.

slaps? youd have a shock if they had a pair of bolt crops in they hands to cut the locks a fecking bat they need not a slap thatll stop em

Was paid a visit tonight at around 11.50pm. The dogs were barking in their runs so my partner went to the bedroom window to tell them to be quiet as we were still up. To her surprise, one of our padlocked runs was wide open and two of our dogs missing. She shouted to me and as soon as I ran out, luckily the dogs came running from the top of the garden from where the scumbag had made his escape. No sign of anyone anywhere. Police came, nothing much they could do. I live in Mountain Ash, South Wales and know there's a lot of boys from this area use this site. If anyone can PM me any information about said scumbags who tried to steal my dogs I would be very grateful as I'd love to catch up with them. I just hope they grabbed the big Lurcher by the scruff to try and take him as he's only too happy to bite when he's handled a bit rough!

Please lads, PM me if you know anything. I'll be up all night.

Cheers,

David

better still PM me where in mount your from ill probably go out tonight for a few :drink: up mount and on my way home ill walk down your way :thumbs:

There will be thieving scum everywhere even amongst dogging lads ,not all are decent people best thing is as said on here keep to a tight circle of lads and lasses and treat strangers with suspicion a bit paranoid but if the safety of your dogs is in jeopardy then it must be done.Ive been stopped twice and asked who I got my pup off and how is she bred .Dog to bitch I say and walk off I get some weird looks but fack em Ididnt know em and until I know of them through the grapevine itll stay like that

Sound advice Rob. Lots of good ideas on here, maybe I'll try some of them out if I catch up with them! Come on lads - some-one on here is bound to have some ideas. I won't rest until I've given them a talking to... the sleepless nights are just getting me more and more wound up :gunsmilie:
