How come only 3% of us pay the donation? surely you can spare a £5 donation to help the upkeep/improvement of the site.

I pay out anually

£62 BASC membership so I can shoot,

£25 Enviroment agency rod licence and £15 club licence so I can fish,

£10 F&MWTC membership incase I need the backup when digging

and the Mrs shells out nearly £600 a year for her hunting sub.

So £5 a year for all you serious cyberhunters doesn't seem to bad after all does it? It seems to be the ones who use the site the most that don't pay

Come on all you freeloaders put in the pot

Well Said... :clapper:

just wondering what dose the money get spent on

if i knew more i might be persuaded

I should think bandwidth would be the main thing; the more members joing the more is needed and the more posts and pics too........hosting, maintenance etc etc

Its not free to tun a website like this.

I couldn't give a monkeys what they do with the money to be honest with you, your five pound a year works out at 1.3 pence a day and some of the posts on here are well worth the entertainment value as opposed to the 38 pence a day that a colour tv licence costs you. andyfoster10 you don't have to donate mate the choice is yours.

I am going to become a donator,I just had a sudden moment of clarity and realised Markbrick is worth the a fiver of anyones money for entertainment value alone, and thats meant in the nicest possible way :victory:

I shall continue to freeload untill IANB submits to my constant demands for him to give me oral pleasure!! :icon_eek:

I'd pay your donation if you gave me oral but you couldn't keep your lips free from your tabs long enough for me to get my moneys worth!

:clapper::clapper: .

some peoples are rich,

some peoples are poor,

some peoples are tight,

some peoples dont have paypal or bank.

some people not at work,

some people live in bushes and stash there cash in warrens :clapper:

just a idea,

i wreckon if you do a competition for some thing for just donaters,i could put a bit of money on it that a load of people would pay.

i was a member on here when it 1st started up, forgot my user name though :wallbash: but you was forced to be a donater to sell in the sale section and i thought that was wrong.

the forums come a long way since then and i think requesting donations is the way to go about it not forced into paying.

If the the forum need donations badly i think seeking sponsorship is the way to go.

but i thinks that if you can afford to give £5 note away then do so, i at the moment im on minimum wage and have 3 kids to feed and a mrs and dogs and a home to run which i am sure many members may also do.

i'll get around to it when i can. my bank account was closed six months ago because i was $30 overdrawn for too long..... and still havent had the money to open it back up again. not with everyone else with their hands out..

personally i dont really like the idea of having a donator badge stuck to my name. and when i do donate money i'm going to ask that it not be put there.................................
