They stole that name from the name the Plod in London used to describe Pitbulls, except they weren't using it in a positive way to big themselves up. Be interesting to see what would happen if one of those dogs accidentally bit someone, and in court the Plod has to explain why he took a dog he knew to be capable of inflicting serious injury ........ so capable that he described it on TV as a Land Shark!!!
