I had a shot of one once wasnt impressed, maybe it was just a shit gun.Do i need to go buy a divers bottle i am a total novice when it comes to gas guns.It has to be powerfull enough to kill a coney stone dead.

you wil think pcp is crap cuz you do not feel the power but if you want to shoot out to 50yard and kill pcp 177 is the only option.

yes you will need a divers bottle or pump, pump i recommend for fixed air tubed rifles and bottles for buddy bottle filling.

you can not beat the reliability of a springer and if you were to go springer i would say go for a theoben evolution gas ram or a gas rammed bsa lightning as with a spring you cant watch the pellet as with a gas ram you can cuz its cycle is quicker and the pellet leaves the barrell quicker so you cant knock the pelet of aim.

scopes, i would highly reccomend a simmons wtc as they are as good as scopes double the price and also verry good in the night under a lamp.

they make leupold vxi, vxii and riflemen look poor in my opinion.

simmons is the ultimate budget scope.

i would look for a used pcp, any thing air arms, bsa, theoben and webley and definantley a simmons wtc on top, pumps pop up cheap, i recently sold a taty one that worked perfectly for £40.

if pcp not your thing then a gas rammed rifle i would seriously consider if i was you,the gas ram wil never fail and never needs servicing and you wil never have to wory about runing out of air in the field but you are limited to 30-40 yard as with a pcp you wil be able go a grate dal more further depending on weather conditions.

alway research the rifle you are going to buy and check prices as i have noticed a lot of people charging way over the ods for used gear, even more than price of new.

good luck
