that looks like its been cut not eaten :hmm: and i think if another fox had had it he wouldnt of eat a little bit and fecked off he would of eat the lot or take it from there

badgers eat the lot dont thay? but its happend to my dad when he had a fox a little bit was eaten aswell. or some person got realy hungry and ate it :icon_eek::p

This isn't the first time this has happened, also we don't have any badgers here...

it looks like the work of a badger, normally they eat from the anal region upwards but i have seen them just rip into the dead foxes similar to the dead fox in the picture , in one season the local badgers polished of 45 snared foxes throughout the winter , the carcases were being cleaned up every night as fast as they were put down.

looking at the way the skin is missing, around the site , buzzards also eat the dead carcases, i have also seen them catch and kill big mink.

Could be badgers, they do that sometimes, I had seen some cubs round here, and there is a big badger set in the wood next to the one where the foxes were, we found a fox leg outside the set. So it looks like ones nabbed a cub for lunch!

 

we have a masive badger set in school nere sience block ive seen it dragging in a bird :icon_eek: when i go back to school ill take a photo of it

Badgers have never been recorded on site, also buzzrds are also very rare out here..
