Geoff.C 0
Went to my local gun shop for some more .22 subs yesterday. While there, the owner showed me these JW80 .22 rf rifles. They are Chinese copies of a CZ, and look much the same. They are screw cut with a endcap, have very tidy woodwork and the metal is nicely blacked. They have open sights fitted and a scope rail of course, also sling swivels. They feel very nice to hold, balance is fine. I didn't get to fire it so don't know how the trigger feels, the bolt slides nicely. Don't know if anyone has any experience of these, but as they are being knocked out at £140, they might be a good choice for a first gun? Quote Link to post
Mr_Logic 5
Agreed. Not being funny, but who wants a cheap copy of a cheap rifle?! CZs aren't that much to start with - £250 buys you a brand.new one - and they're high quality, though basic, rifles. Stick with the real thing. Quote Link to post
rizzini 1
Stcik with the real CZ. Anyway, talking of rimfire rifles. I dont feel there is much of a choice anyway. Just a few brands and well know models dominating the market. Quote Link to post
trappa 517
Ive got to agree with the others. At around £250-300 CZ's are cheap but are excellent value for money. To buy a copy of one to save a couple of quid isnt worth it surely. You KNOW when you buy a cz its decent quality. Quote Link to post
