Caravan Monster 323
Would renting for the time being be compatible with your plans? It would take local knowledge to find, but the right plot could be suprisingly cheap to rent. At the moment, the market for small plots of land has been knackered by idiots who get their planning advice down the pub and think they can buy a field, put a letterbox and sign on the gate, and before you know it, be building their dream home there. Perhaps as reality sets in over the next couple of years, people might become a lot keener to off load their pony paddocks and 'building' plots at sensible prices.
