Kay 3,709
I am totally the other way at home with people , very relaxed & love a few pints in company but not in a pub , no one looks at you when you go to the loo at home like they do in a pub & i couldnt walk in a pub on my own i would die Me too aslong as I know them well, if I don't I tend to keep my mouth shut incase I say anything that I could regret to the wrong person :glare: But perhaps I'm just paranoid I guess the toilet thing in pubs is just a womans thing. I've never noticed it anyway.. It is a woman thing standing up in a pub & walking acrosss the room to the loo , its horrible i am ok with strangers i just talk them to death & smile it breaks the ice , but only where i am comfortable

Missie 1
I love a good night out but I rarely go these days. I'm just in from work tonight and had a really good evening til someone got glassed just as we were kicking out! My next big night out will be my birthday next month, we're going to Brighton in fancy dress, can't wait. I like a night in too but it obviously depends on the company. ratkilla 35
Out and about meeting with old and new faces, a night in every now and then is appreciated. But if the money and time is there then a good night out is the way.
Simoman 110
I like a meal and pint in a local country pub but the thought of what I used to enjoy, drinking in town repulses me...... I prefer a night or out but with good company..............Although with little kids its usually meeting up with friends for a meal at each others houses............ Miss Tarka 3
Nights in are good.......get the girls round....dvds, food, drink (for them)and a good girly gossip........makes a nice change from the hustle and bustle of nights out....but generally prefr nights out with the right people.............having a good ol'dance and meeting new people can't beat it plus its cheap for me as i dont drink so can't really complain.......hehe Missie you said you were heading to Brighton......where you gonna go club wise??? atb Miss T x
Missie 1
We're not sure yet. Although I live within easy reach of Brighton I rarely go there on a night out so I don't know it that well. I'll avoid The Honey club though, I really didn't like it when I went. Do you have any recommendations Miss T?
The one 8,503
Who can afford a night out any more 3 crates of lager for £20 from asda's or tescos Then the smoking bans killing the pub trade as well
Coney 3
Dose'nt matter where in the country I'm working at I always try and get home for a couple of pints with the lads on a Friday afternoon after that it's just as and when me and the wife fancy a look out. Missie 1
Thanks Miss T. I shall check it out. My birthday isn't til bank holiday weekend so I might have to take a little trip over to Brighton with some mates and have a scout round... Edited to add... I looked at the website and I think I may have been there before it was what it is now. Is it on 2 levels? And do you know if it used to have a beetle as a DJ booth, well the front of it was, the back was turned into a sofa. If its where i'm thinking its a teeny little club and it used to have a DJ upstairs and live band downstairs. I may be thinking of somewhere different but the way its described made it sound familiar. Edited July 13, 2008 by Missie
