One of my cheques i gave someone bounced earlier this year and when i contacted the bank to see what was going on my employers who are one of the biggest employers in Devon where having serious problems with there new payroll system, to cut a story short there system had crashed leaving myself and thousands others with no monthly pay. countrymaid 2 Posted July 12, 2008 Report Share Posted July 12, 2008 Ive been with out my PC for a few days now due to our new whippet pup chewing the wires, not evrey one has internet access at home, he could only be able to log on at work id give him a few days then write him a polite letter if then hes had the goods and dosent reply id go onto the small claims web site and down load a claims for and go down that route through the small claims court. No he has been on and off at all times ..Ive not lost out but he will end of .If I was out of pocket it wouldnt be a small claims court I would go to .A bounced cheque is a bounced cheque if my bank can let me know so would his have done ..No excuses really ..Post his username shortly so no youngster gets caught out ..
