jayhawk 41 Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 hello this is my first post on this forum,i would just like to let you know my cocker bitch has had a litter of 6 pups (5bitches 1 dog) all healthy dad is an ESS and both parents are graet workers.both mainly work under my female harris hawk alongside the ferrets but also some rough and pigeon shooting. my intention is to keep a pup back to bring on both parents qualities the others will be up for sale all the best jason Link to post Share on other sites

If you look at the paperwork it stipulates that there should be a "true to type breed" which should have been confirmed by the vet prior to docking, and no "combination" breeds ( mongrels). Thats the legislation. Cant say I agree as they are working dogs and susceptible to tail damage. As long as you have the necessary paperwork I would not worry about it.
