SEAN3513 7 Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 posted a story on here a while back, that a bloke had taken a gun off some lads whilst out shooting. trial was this week. after the taking of the gun, the police searched his premises and found a 1917 german luger with ammo !!!.......that he wasn't licencsed for. so he has been prosecuted for having a rifle without a licence ( the taken gun) and possesion of a pistol and ammo without licence. he was given a 12 month prision sentence ( suspended for 2 years) £1500 costs and 200 hours unpaid community service. do you think the sentence is fair???? regards sean p.s....he is living at his buisness premises as the house he was living in is to be demolished as he renovated it without planning permission !!!!!
