I BREED A LINE OF BOAR DOGS IN NZ THAT WOULD SUIT ALL YOU RABBIT HARE AND DEER CHASERS IN THE UK . I USE A PURE BREED AUSTRAILAN BLUE HEELER BITCH TO A AGGRESSIVE PURE BREED GREY HOUND MALE . THEN CROSS BACK TO A PURE BREED AIREDALE . [ IE LOOK FOR A AIREDALE WITH GOOD HARD COAT, HEAVY FRAMED , AND STRONG HUNT DRIVE ! 1/2 AIREDALE 1/4 BLUE HEELER 1/4 GREY HOUND . THESE DOGS WILL CATCH ANY THING !!! HAS ANY ONE OUT THERE EVER TRYED THIS CROSS OR ANY THING LIKE IT . CHEERS DION

put some picks up lets have a gander,

healer/ greyhound has been used here, and still is. although then adding airdale might slow them down to much for alot of chaps this side of the world.

TOMO

sorry im in the uk at the moment working and have no pictures with me . they dont trail bark . and yes they are not as fast as a grey hound but what they lose in speed they make up with intelligence and heart !!! I live one hour north of christchurch . i have got two other faster lines but they dont compare to the half airedale line . ive got 1/2 grey hound 1/2 airedale and 1/2 grey hound 1/4 airedale 1/4 blue heeler , both are fast and hard but lacking brain and heart . have any of u guys had a go at catching a wild boar with your hounds ? does any one have any mates around the dean forest or exmoor or dart moor forests thst could take me out and see some of these WILD BRITTISH BOARS . CHEERS DION

those dogs would be to slow for anything but pigs if there not anything but atleast half running dog foget about catching fox consistenly and i wouldnt even look at a hare heelers and airdales are already heavy dogs but crossing one of them over a half cross would make a fast dog but a very slow running dog, but in saying this if you do a stright cross in oz me and alot of other hunters would be very interested
