comanche 3,076 Posted July 10, 2008 Report Share Posted July 10, 2008 Back in the 60's a bit of dr Who was filmed on our railway bridge , another episode at a derelict cement works.One mate was an extra in Quadraphenia as a Rocker because he had a suitably old bike.. More recently another friend appeared in an episode of Time-Team chatting to the "The One with The hat with the pheasant tail"(Dunno is name) when they filmed in the local pub.This was after the experts had "discovered" the remains of a Roman settlement nearbye.... Parts of Doc Martin are filmed on some of my permission nowand the town where I grew up featured in a Volkswagon Scirroco advert in the 's. Racing a the falling mill chimney being dropped.
