T78 4 Posted July 9, 2008 Report Share Posted July 9, 2008 my collie,grey x bull,grey bitch came into season about 4 wk ago. she was kenneled with a male dog so was seperated as soon as i noticed her coming in. wasn't returned until she'd come out. but she now looks preggers. is thickening around the waist a little and looks like she's getting milk in. i really cant see that the male got to her before i noticed and definately didnt until she was returned.also,i had the sister to this bitch and on her season she also got a lot of milk in. i'm hoping its just milk or a phantom but cant help panicking that the male got to her.... anyone else had phantoms in their dogs? sikastag_1 689 Posted July 9, 2008 Report Share Posted July 9, 2008 (edited) a family friend has a greyhound and this dog ended up getting phantom pregnancys over and mate it ended up the dog had to get dressed, was only a pet anyway but just shows you need to watch. I had arranged to get her spade when she suddenly started being moody, producing milk and mooching about carrying tissues about. She came out the other side and ended up being spade.
