j dean 0 Posted July 10, 2008 Report Share Posted July 10, 2008 You'll have some good fun catching mullet, i find the best way is to use very light tackle and floating bait. i often use river gear for catching mullet. as for bass i think that really depends on the conditions you are going to be fishing in, clean sandy beaches and smooth ground a bass rod will be sufficient. hope this helps, atb john Quote Link to post
