I think Rampage is stronger, has good ground and pound and also has excellent stand up with good combinations and footwork. Forrest has a good chin and is a tough brawler who has better submissions and can take a lot of punishment. I believe Rampage has better skills but I have a sneaky suspicion that Forrest wil KO Rampage...........

 

Any thought?

I have to go with the favourite Rampage. I think he has much better stand up in being able to throw combinations instead of the single strikes Forrest tends to throws & he will be able to take it to the ground when he wants. Rampage will have to be careful of not getting caught though with a knee in a Thai Clinch which Forrest likes to use or getting sloppy on the floor & submitted. Rampage in three for me.

I agree cupid, Rampage must avoid the clinch as Forrest is bigger and those knees could cause damage. I think if Rampage wants the fight to go to the floor it will but unless he gets rocked I think there will be some leather thrown.

Rampage for me. Much stronger, much more experience. Though forrest has a fighters chance, hes a tough kid, a brawler, and the more of a kicking he takes, the stronger he seems to come back.

Anyone else really hate rogans voice?? I cant stand listening to him Shouting " aaalllllrrrriiiggghhtt im here with..........." what a tosser. kenny florian did it for one night and was a far better commentator.

Haven't seen it yet but sounds like it was a great fight, both men rocked and hurt but Griffin is the new champ with a 5 round decision.

 

It was quite a good scrap with Griffin dictating how the fight went. He hurt Rampage in the early rounds with repeated kicks to the knee & at one point had a triangle choke. To be honest i thought Rampage looked a little 'flat' at times especially when he couldn't get his own way.
