Stallion 0
Don't drink much now..........used to though.........and it saddens me to think of the times when getting down the pub was all i thought about. Nowadays..........i wouldn't give a toss about getting p**ssed.........Much rather be in charge of my senses and enjoy the things in life that really matter.
droid 11
I've been told I'm little different drunk or sober. Not sure if that's a compliment or not..... I can drink myself into a stupor. The only thing is I just get daft/chatty. Never violent. I can usually find the big white porcelain telephone to call God on....... Main trouble is I can't roll fags very well if I'm really pissed. Guest bigredbusa
I used to drink alot but i always got violent afterwards. When i was facing doing some fair time at 18 i thought f**K this and quit. I managed to avoid prison by the skin of my teeth and due to some statements being with drawn. I lost alot because of the way i behaved but it was a wake up call. Dont drink now. My dads an alcoholic as are most of his brothers and his girlfriend. Some of the full on fights i've seen them have over the most trivial things it's unbelievable. A tin of beans springs to mind. They had a massive fight with everything getting smashed up over the amount of beans my dads girlfriend had on her plate WTF is that all about. Sometimes we go to the pub after we've finished a big job at work and after 1 drink i feel sh*t. I can think of a million better things to do with my time and money than sit in some grimey pub full of p*ss heads talking crap. Joe know how you feel , i saw an old mate get in a row over a stubby while pissed .i just dont understand it as i got it out of my system at 17 and very rarely drink . borderboy 80
I very rarely drink, but when i do i just get a little bit loud but tend to try and keep my mouth shut... I've not long started working with a building firm, and when i started they were astounded that I don't go out getting pissed up at every oppurtunity... and im very glad that i've kept it that way so far, because its working well for me, theres another lad at work same age who lives for going out and getting hammered, he's got shit work gear tools ect is knackered after shifting a couple of boards is late to get picked always skint, can't afford a car ect ect... I'm glad i'm sitting this side...

Rolfe 2
I enjoy drinking...Drink never makes me turn nasty or violent,..(I am far too old, weak and feeble for any of that malarkey)..but instead, after a bit of alcohol, I tend to chill out, and become 'mellow'... I start to 'open up' and say things that I might otherwise not of done I also speak to folk that I might not of chosen to mix with ,.had I been sober All in all,..,..my close friends tell me that the drink turns me from being a cautious, reticent kinda critter, into a reet 'funny guy'.... I enjoy drinking... All the best,.CHALKWARREN.... Yeah Chalky.........Nothing nicer than a glass or two of REAL ale..........."Old Peculier" Thats me in more ways than one. Love a pint.........always have done since my rugby playing days....oh what fking days they were..........BUT. Although i am the life and soul of the party after a pint or two....i always remember the old saying. IT IS BETTER TO KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND LET PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE A FOOL....THAN TO OPEN IT AND REMOVE ALL DOUBT. Rolfe.
SportingShooter 0
Alcohol has never affected me in a negative way. When I'm properly drunk I open up and apparently turn into a good laugh when out with friends. I just enjoy myself and have never been told that I have been aggressive or spoilt anyone else's night out. My alcohol tolerance with things such as Jack Daniels is high but Beer or Vodka, and I'm gone after three of four of either. I cant remember most of my experiences, but I remember being the most sozzled I have ever been along with a friend who had drunk the same amount and was in the same state. I woke up at 8:30am after bed at 5, no problems, no hangover, tiredness or illness. He wakes up at 12 pm, sick as a dog, boiling hot, hangover from hell and stayed in bed, funny how it effects different people. Regards SS

BlueCoyote 0
you know..... cold medicine does the same thing to me as alcohol.... i managed to get properly drunk once - went out with friends, mixed drinks etc. at the end of the night i realised i could have saved some money and just taken a pseudoephed instead.... i'm not too worried about it though. alcoholism is rampant in my family. the last three generations on my moms side were nothing but angry assholes or jealous wife beaters after a drink. one resulted in a suicide .. so yeah. i dont think i'm missing out on much. plus i have control issues. i dont like being under the influence and unable to think or react. i will suffer through colds without taking meds for the same reason.. unless it gets too painful lol about the only thing i will drink is Bailey's.. and that little bottle will last the year - we usually get one for Christmas lol
lamp+battery 98
Okay, so i drink a few cans a night to help me sleep. Everythings fine.... But last weekend i had a few (7) pints of cider, and went f'ing loopy, ended up in A+E with a knackered foot. For this reason. i've decided to lay off the ale for now, with just a few cans on the weekend. The drink used to make me happy n merry but obviously it has give me different reactions as of late. What's the daftests things you've done with a belly full of beer fell asleep in the bath. and the wife thought it would be funny to turn on the shower. i got her back with a frezzin cold glass ov water when she was in the bath. Missie 1
I've never really been affected in a negative way by alcohol. I don't really drink at home apart from the odd bottle of Bulmers or glass of wine if i'm getting ready to go out... I get daft on alcohol really just do the normal daft things. Last week I drank far too much JD and one of the bouncers from work walked me home and I promptly fell over twice. I obviously blamed the heels..! This week a friend came up from Plymouth for the weekend so we drank nearly a bottle of wine each before leaving the house but once I left the house I stuck to Magners and was fine apart from the odd bit of girlish stupidity... I did tell someone i'd lump them but it was some sleazy old git who kept trying to lick the tattoo on my back and instead of lumping him I had a word in the ear of the bouncers... Drinking in the place I wirk in can sometimes be a good thing but sometimes I wish I was tee total! Well done Scent, it must be hard but oh so worth it.
