Guest Leveller Posted July 3, 2008 Report Share Posted July 3, 2008 I've just finished "the world of the working terrier" and it's a very good read but I would say don't buy f**k all from 'Tideline books' as I ordered and paid for it on the 4th of April and didn't recieve it until 27th June after loads of phone call excuses. Dave Harcombe is a good man,..he has always been kind to me,...and in the past has helped me to wriggle out of a few 'awkward ' situations.. In my opinion,.he is a top quality Field Sports writer as well... Maybe give his work a try 'Terrier Man',...I'm sure you will enjoy it... All the best,.CHALKWARREN... I've always liked this photo....it was a good day.... Thanks chalkwarren and lads i might give a few of his books a go there very well priced just thought too well but as all ye have said its all good he writes then im sure il buy a few what was his 1987 -1990 annual terrier book like as its another well priced book.... He deserves a medal for getting EDRD out every month, and his books, Once picked up I cant put them down, he's a very talented author, but more importantly, he's a fanatical dog man, his terriers are his life.
