This is what i use a net of a building site on the front rolled up in the pic but you can probs quess how it works, they still find a way in though im gonna try the jam jar thing though

by a cheap bug zapper from argos and when you are out there cleaning them out you can here the little buggers being zapped lol

I don't know how to do a link but if you search with 'fly trap milk' on ebay it will come up.

My trap is so jammed with blue bottles that i've had to start up another trap, it takes a week or two for them to start working properly.

flies are really really annoying because they hover around the back door.

 

As long as there not buzzing round your back door then the situation cant be too bad

here in australia, you can probaly imagine the amount of flies we get in summer, i feed the ferrets at night and if they have left overs i take it out before it gets hot.
