yoggerman 5 Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 (edited) i havent tried red-deer but its ment to be the most strongest gamiest taste off all deer.. havent tried fallow but is ment to be good,, dont like munctjack to gamey for me,,, roe is very nice similar to lamb in my opinion,,, but sika is the best ,, better than beef lamb pork the best,,,,sika has a similar taste to roe just better... if youve had it you know what i mean Edited August 6, 2008 by yoggerman Quote Link to post Share on other sites
