The law does make allowances for "Accidents" but if you were charged you would have to prove this was the case in a court of law....... a very tricky area to prove or disprove the case. ;)

I would think if it was a badger you would be in a world of shit. If it was a fox then you could argue that accidents happen. Although I'd love to hear the explanation to the judge.............................

I can imagine it now

Mark............."Yes your honour, I tried my best to call the dogs off and stop them as soon as possible"

Judge.............."Why are there 35 photos of the battle then"

Mark........."erm"

all them dogs get on a pig and you are on your own there is no f*****g way you would be able to bust the dogs off , i would just be honest in court as you f****d if you do and f****d if you dont and just hope the magistrate see's it is an accident ( even if it is a badger) you could also get the brief to remind the courts of the upcoming cull ( i doubt would hold much weight but you are going bent over anyway)

tell your 'whoever' good luck

very intresting subject you have brought up mark

as when on my permission i have come accross recently alot of badger

somthing i rarley have come accross before

i have my dogs running free nine times out of ten

and only just got them back prior to get stuck in to one

i just saw the badger out off the corner of my eye

and still wonder to this day what a situation it would of been that the dogs spotted it.

and also iam seeing more and more everytime iam out over the fox which i used to see.

even when stood with my dogs with the lamp on it.it didnt rush to move from our way so we could move on .and still wonder what would off happened if being in that situation where the dogs had gone into one

I recall something a while back in the cunnylingus weekly about an older woman out with her dogs and they accidentally pulled a deer and i think she got quite a big fine, even though she obviously wasn't intentionally hunting!!!!
