Paid decent money to travel/enter show at Rougham airfield yesterday and never seen anything like it,my old man who has kept running dogs for years came along too to have a look first time hes been to a show in years and he could not believe what was going on.

A docked!!!!!! bitza terrier gets placed in a lurcher class crosses over to terrier ring and wins best working terrier!!!!!!

Then proceeds to alternate between the two entering lurcher and terrier classes!!!!!!

Something needs to be said or done otherwise people aint going to pay decent money for a bloody farce

And if people dont support these shows you all know what will happen!!!!

Frankly it was all a little embarrasing :icon_redface:

They asked D.S £9 per person ..LOL I can see his expression now LOL..He was excited when he rang me :whistling:
£9.00 PER PERSON what did they have the red arrows there  crazy price to get in £5.00 a car is plenty enough for these small shows if the carry on like that it will be the end of the smaller shows shame really is it to do with insurance costs or the venues, i would have thought a lot of the pubs with big beer gardens would be glad of the trade these days :drink::drink::toast::drink::drink::drink::drink::drink:

Talking of the Red Arrows - We really did have them last year at Woodham Ferrers (well, three of them happened to be flying past, but we did announce that we hoped to be able to afford all of them in 2008!)

BTW, free entry to Woodham Ferrers this year, just thought I'd mention that in passing!
