Guest Geordie
River cottage???.........Cook on the wildside?????.........paaahhhh Look.........ye boil a couple of rabbits, slowly tho to get them tender,ye buy a jar of curry paste,Tescos own brand will do chuck some frozen peas, carrots, broccoli etc. into a pan and cook em. Drain the water off the vegetables, add your curry paste, cut ye bits of meat off ye rabbit and chuck them in with the veggies and curry paste. At this point ye may want to thin the whole mixture out by adding some water, ye can use the water out of the vegetable pan if you wish Cook the lot,and serve it up as a chicken curry Bobs ye uncle Of course you lads with point and shoot dogs may want to use venison instead which is good. The only other thing to decide on is which curry ye want :search: Serve with your favourite lager/beer and lashings of farmhouse uncut loaf topped with Lurpak butter Andy farquar-grimley spotterspoon (chef to the gentry)
