kristian 9
I'm fairly new to the sport of airrifles and hunting, I'm just wondering what the best quarry to hunt during this shitty weather? We've been out a few times on our permission now and all we've had is a crow? Theres definatley Rabbits and a few tree rats there as we've had a few in the past when it was nicer weather but since the wet crapy weathers been here there don't seem to be nothing out? We should have some permission for rats very soon would i be right in guessing that these like this weather. Any advice would be appreciated Quote Link to post

ferretville 69
There will still be stuff out allthough in big heavy down pour`s most stuff will be taken shelter. I noticed after a bit rain or when theres a slight drizzle there is usually a good few rabbits sit out. I was at me mates permission a few weeks back and it pissed down when we were out and the amount of rabbits out was unbelievable it was like watership down. Personally though i prefer it dry but there is game out and about atb FV Quote Link to post
