SEAN3513 7 Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 make sure your scope is mounted correctly and firm. then start with setting your scope up at 10 yds. once you have set the left to right zero....you will NOT need to alter this for any other distance. relax......steady your breathing....don't hold the gun tightly......this will exaggerate recoil. squeeze dont pull the trigger....it may take you a few shots to get used to it....once you are consistantly hitting the same spot.........then adjust your up/down zero..........then when confident move the target out to 30 yds............and re adjust you up/down zero again (or to suit your preffered zero range.......remember you will NOT need to adjust you left/right). once you are hitting the same area consistantly...........you will be confident enough to take you rifle out into the field. all the best cheers sean Quote Link to post
