hotdog 8
what is the going rate for a jill to be jabbed at the vets to be taken out of season. there are no hoblets in my area so im keeping a hob kit this year and will have him vasectomised, but in the mean time one of my jills has come into season and i dont want to leave her, does it work? The one 8,511
It works but prices vary from area to area phone round all your local vets and ask for a price but be aware your jill might come in season more than once and repeated jill jabs can cause hard lumps under the injection site . will.f11 24
My vet is around 20 quid. A bit of a price but it is cheaper if they do it while there is a callout on my farm Quote Link to post
sue 1
last time i took a jill it cost me £5 ,same as the one has said ,they can come back into season .its a short term solution .you are doing the right thing by getting a hob done yourself for next year Quote Link to post
