Guest Ditch_Shitter
I mean; Having sat here now, for god knows how long, quietly living my life to the lowered volume strains of 'Floyds " Wish You Were Here " ... My recent and on going Computer Hell threw up the side issue of That f*cking Begger Spam from Micky; ' Oh, go on! We want to f*ck with ye Media Player. Please let us ....? ' And, in a doubtless stressed out, confused, half pissed moment of Rankest stupidity, what did I do? Yeah. And, my f*ck, how swish, dark and nice my MP V. 11 looked! I Liked it! Took me about a day to get back to it, 'mind, just to sort out how the f*ck to get my CD loaded onto it, so I could play it, on repeat, day in, day out, 'For Ever More' at the click of a button or three. Managed that. But straight away noticed how the title track was cutting short. Only got one verse of it and then it was quick pause and on into " Shine On - Pt 2 ". I put up with That for about 24 hours. Then it Really started giving me the shits and I decided to 'simply' reload the entire f*cking album. Windows Delayed Write Failed!!!!! If I see That once more, I'll put my f*cking fist through the screen! Only seems to happen as I try to Rip my shop bought CD. ONLY happened since c***ishly accepting MP. 11. Of course, I've just Spent some quality time on Google. There's whole f*cking Forum loads of people asking what I'm asking here; " WTF?! ". No C*** seems to have a decent answer! But I have it narrowed down to WMP. Vs. 11 (I believe I used to have 9?) What's That got to do with this? Scoffing yet more or my pathetic HDD / RAM, is it? Can I dump this dark beauty and get back to the old 9 ? I'm sure I used to just store albums in a Folder and play them from there. How in hell did I used to manage that??? Sorry if I'm missing something 'childs play' here. Only I'm Not a child. The mind - at my age and especially under this sort of constant, nagging Piss Boiling - tends to revert to the pre natal f*cking mush!!! Good god, I Must Not reach for that oh so tempting bottle of Jameson! Not at this hour. Though I'd like to! Wearing the crap out of both my CD and cheap 'n cheerfull player at this rate! Anyone? (Still put up with me) As ever .....

Malt 379
I use VLC media player. It's a free download, & it plays every audio & video format without having to download codecs, & it doesn't use much of your CPU when playing. Here's a link if interested. VLC Media player
huntergatherer 0
uh oh pc rage strikes again, u know twice ive smacked my laptop and bust the hard drive £140 down and now visiting, PC anonymous!!! Anyways, i agree if you can do a stystem restore then do so, if not uninstall your current WMP, then got to CJNet (google it) and download WMP version 9. If you want to play music by clicking in albums then go to your music folder and click play, it will automatically use your default player. If your still so p****d off then use another media player!!!! or do what i do and visit Pc Anon. Cheers
