B&Q sell the 8mm stell rods they are £4 each you will need 2 at 1.8 m long. draw it out full size on the floor with chalk then if you can weld you will know what to do next if not you will need somone who can. then get a cheep carp landing net thread fine string in and out from start to finish. it might not be much but hope this has give you a better idea
