bandit man 9
picked up polecat hob and jill "kits" today decided hob will go for full de-knacker got two more silver jills coming soon will all live together in a massive two tier hutch Quote Link to post
fergie 0
Sorry mate but how big is this hutch it just sounds a lot of ferrets for a hutch, also if you get him full de-knackered have you thought how you will bring the 4 jills out of season bearing in mind a jill can be in season anywhere from 1-4 times a year demanding on light / darkness and temp I would personally have him vasectomised and have a separate hutch for him when needed Quote Link to post
sue 1
i leave my vasectomised with my jills all year ,infact he lives with 4 jills and 5 castrated hobs i dont find him ragging the girls infact the opposite there is hardly a scratch mark on them when they come in season .ive always done this ,its like hes more gentle because hes been with them all the time instead of suddenly meeting a jill in season and hes all go with eagerness Quote Link to post

sue 1
thats ok for 4 ferrets ,if you feel its not you could always build a run off of it Quote Link to post
