Bosun11 537
As always, great pics WH. Nice to see lads who try to get the most from their dogs. Never owned one, nor come near to owning one......But I do admire those who try........ Suppose the bitch in my avator pic is just about as close as i'll ever get........ but she couldn't catch a hare in telephone box!! Quote Link to post
undisputed 1,664
i like to class my storm as an allrounder, he has caught every quarry i have ran him on and is good at ferreting and retrieving and caught a few birds aswell. he will work up in the day if i let him but never at night. and has never gone for me birds or ferrets im very pround of this young dog. he is a 1/4 border collie 3/4 greyhound 26 1/2 " tts ever since he was able to go out i took him out with the air rifle retrieving a few pics and he enjoys eating his share lol lol i went abit overboard on the pics but feck it W.h nice looking merle you have there he's the spit of my bitch...nice to see a good all rounder Quote Link to post

gaz 284
You should be very proud of that young dog world hunter aswell as yourself mate because good dogs are not just bred they also have to be reared in the right hands.....many a good dog is wasted with a numpty owner Quote Link to post
Paul in North Lincs 15
this is lady my minshaw bitch that I've ahd for about 8 months............... shes probably the the best I'll ever get to an 'all round' working lurcher... she marks, and ferrets well, ......she'll run a lamp all night retrieves back to hand live.................. she's just 2 years old and is extremely game .................................. DogPaddle 0
You should be very proud of that young dog world hunter aswell as yourself mate because good dogs are not just bred they also have to be reared in the right hands.....many a good dog is wasted with a numpty owner I would have to agree whole heartedly. I have found, aquired, been given, too many excellent dogs over the years that were treated poorly or trained poorly or handled poorly. It always takes a great deal of time to bring the dog up to standard, then they still have times when they revert. It is a shame. Quote Link to post
Irish Lurcher 1,013
My pride and joy, Sasha. Quote Link to post
