Take the dog out lamping at about 11/12months but dont over do the runs ,2or 3 runs a night is plenty for the beginner. As the dogs stamina and muscle tone increases then increase the exercise.By 18 months you should have a dog ready to run hare and the bigger stuff. Quote Link to post
