does anyone have any trouble with ticks on their land? I cant see mto go out in summer with out the dogs coming home with at least one. Even had to pull one of my own leg, and i wear wellies and jeans to avoid em. They a big problem to me as i have a nipper starting to crawl and dont want to take any chances, have a house cat to so have to be careful what treatments to use. Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

remove them using a tick picker & this is worth a read

I carry mine everywhere, after reading the links itll make you think twice, you cant be too careful.

hi mate i have an albino hob seems prone to getting them i use a small pipet in a bottle 2 drops of surgical spirit straight on to the tick but dont rub the ferret just leave it to soak in when the tick falls off clean the bite hope that helps cheers :victory:
