Cheers, D. cant see how cheese can go off..is it not made by going off? when i was an apprentice butcher we used to eat sausages that had been hung in fridge for weeks..my gaffer used to eat em raw. wasnt there a programme on the other week about stuff being past its sell by date being total shit.
