Can't see the Environmental people being too interested unless there's a smell/fly problem.

Like Stubby, I'd be tempted to get a preemptive strike in and start manking about her dog to them.

I'd have probably told her to f*** off and mind her own business, but I guess that wouldn't have helped much.

Good luck with it, mate.

I have a new neighbour moved in before xmas.Never had a prob with any of my neighbours in all the years i have lived here.Anyway today she calls over the fence to me.She has a JRT which incidentally is my least fav dog.Since the kits have arrived this f*****g pot licker has been going crazy barking and generally just going mental. She says i think there may be a rat in that hedge i said there would be no chance of that and explained it would be the kits her dog can hear. The look on her face when i mentioned ferrets was priceless.Oh you cant keep ferrets here she said, they can escape and attack children.I didnt even attempt to explain to her that she was talking shit,I told her i have lived here for nigh on 15yrs and i have no intention of getting rid of my ferrets. In fact im going to keep the whole 14kits (im not,but she dont know that).I left her with her telling me she was calling the enviromental health.I was f*****g raging i spend a lot of time on my garden and my ferrerts are cleaned out everyday religiously. Then i get this lunatic causing me unesesary hassle.I will catch her silly little dog in a snare and feed it to my kits if she aint carefull. :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:

complain about her dog making a noise and being a danger to your pets:) that would piss he off

somehow make a way for the jrt to get into your garden. then you can say it is being aggressive to you and scaring the ferrets and the jill. make up some shit about the jrt causing a few kits dead, or attacking one of your other pets.

I could understand if your garden was minging and the ferrets were kept in terreible conditions flys and shit all over stinking the place out. But there not and you ain`t got anything to be worried about if councill come be fully cooperative with them and they will see for themselves`s the standard you maintain your garden and animal`s to. As for the neighbour if she is going on like that and the dog to then i would mention to your local council that you are being harrassed and that in 15 years you have never had a complaint from any of your neighbours and if they doubt you just tell them to go and speak to one of your neighbours. Personally i don`t think you will have any bother mate but your neighbour on the other hand well she might just get a surprise atb FV :victory:
