Simoman 110
Pork has been linked to worms but freeze it for three weeks if your worried and it will kill everything............
martin 332
If you feed raw you should be worming your dogs every 2 months anyway.
LDR 29
I've fed mine pork products for years and had no probs, but some people say you shouldn't!!!
Guest Ditch_Shitter
In all honesty, I think this stuff about worms in pork is as much a folk hang over as anything. Ye not really likely to get Trichinosis from ye bacon sarnie today, any more than ye will get Polio from drinking tap water ~ well; Unless ye drink the water coming out of my f*cking tap! Mine are on raw, have been for years now, and I worm them when they Need worming. And then only the one that Has worms. Much more important, to my way of thinking, is keeping a plastic bag in each back pocket at all times (Buy a roll from ye butcher ) and simply picking up their shit as fast as they can drop it. Can't cure worms as well as Drontal +. But it sure as hell stops the things spreading throughout the entire pack. Anyway, it's just good husbandry. Dogs don't like treading in it any more than we do.
