sam3009 4
[Got patterdale a couple of months ago, 16 months old now, had been ragged silly by a BIG bullX while kenneled together. The pup was obviously stressed as he was shedding heavily and cowed. Still terrified of big dogs but starting to come right. Socialising with him as much as possible. His coats come back great, bald patches are all but gone except on his ears and tail. Anyone come across this? any remedies ? Quote Link to post

Guest ripstop
Try benzyl benzoate, or nustock(on ebay at the minute) and a good raw diet. Also camrosa is meant to be very good. Quote Link to post

Guest foxyjo.
That camrosa ointment is supposed to be very good. Haven't tried it myself but a friend did and said it worked a treat. Good luck anyway. Quote Link to post
Keeps 403
Benzyl benzoate should be all thats needed for leather ear, Ive used it in the past on a dog that is prone to it and its worked. Quote Link to post

Neil Cooney. 1
Benzyl benzoate is good stuff. If you think it could be stress a shot of vit B.12 might help the terriers body regulate itself. Quote Link to post
kirstysdad 827
cant go wrong with benzol benzoate but if that dont work try exmaride can get it in some pet shops smells the place out but works a treat on ears have used i myself on the terriers Quote Link to post
