mouse 282 Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 used to help with haymaking in the summer when you had to load the bails on a trailer with a pitchfork.that was hard work but could not wait to get back to the farm because we were allowed to hold onto the wooden slats on the elevator then when it was started you had a lift upto the top of the stack.best ever was when i was 8 i was allowed to drive the ferguson 135 with the haybob on the back.those were the days.
