wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction,

im after a hand held video camera,....however i have ne idea what to look for,..

must be small with good quality picture,...all things i would need to edit etc infact most things a good camera would have (whatever they would be)...would also like the camera to act as digital camera to (if thats possible?)

would like the camera to have a flip screen thing that you view whilst videoing, if that makes sense

yes, i know its not a good description but i know feck all about technology, so need pointing in the right direction etc

cheers valentino

No problem at all, it may be worth going round and having a look at your local electrical store, dixons, comet etc, they allways have new models on display that you can have a feel and play with (sounds dirty that  ), then ya can go find a good price on the ole interweb. They can give you some good ideas when you can tell them what ya want to use it for, requirements etc. I just like the camera we have and have had no problems with and are very happy with it, we got it a couple or three years ago now though so may be some thing better out now.
