Grim Reaper 1
To Perlin: I agree with what you say about the Weihrauch mod - they are better than the AA ones (which in themselves are good enough, it has to be said). To Sean: As a rule, the Air Arms don't have threaded barrels, but you can get the adaptors that you bond to the barrel and they in turn have the required thread on thier end. All the best, Grim Quote Link to post

Fidgety 8
Thanks chaps. My air arms one is noisy. Had a friend round with a Logun, and it was as if there was no air in the gun, as Sean said. However, the silencer was unknown make (probably logun) Just after your valid opinions. Sigmund Fraud 0
I'm thinking about getting on for my SMK; I believe the use the same kind of locking grip as scopes, to hold it on to the barrel. No threading on the actual barrel. Quote Link to post

Sigmund Fraud 0
That's what I thought Sean. SMK do a model for my gun (SMK 19-18). Considering there is no model that has threaded barrel, and a the top of the suppressors category it says "allen key fixing", I'd assume it's a grub screw system. SMK Supressor for 19-18 Quote Link to post
SEAN3513 7
it certainly is.........you'll need one for the type of quarry your going for!! regards sean Quote Link to post

mattydski 560
Hi, just confirming that the Airarms s400 does have grub screw fitting moderator. Mine is excellent, easy to fit and not expensive. Just remove the muzzel brake and slip on. If you check out the Pinned section under Firearms and shotguns forum, My post in the 'show us your rifle section' has a picture of the Airarms MOD fitted to the s400. If you want a closer picture let me know. One moderator my local gun shop hinted was better than the AA, was the logan. I have no experience of it, but they think it is even more effective. It wasn't in stock when I bought mine, and I couldn't be bothered to wait. But i am not dissapointed. Matt Quote Link to post
