8shot 192
i fancy making myself some bollies is there any easy way of making these out of the normall things in the kitchen cuboards its worth a try Quote Link to post
Guest Name
"Normal"? Why? A 50/50 base mix is cheap enough to buy mate, then all you need is eggs, and just add any crazy flavourings you might think off, you would be surprised at what concoction i have made and the carp have quite happily taken them. mole catcher 1
dont mention boilies near my wife buddy, shes no amused with me after yesterday and my boilie making. a very cheap base mix is soya flour, 39p a lb from weigh and save, milk powder, 45p a lb, egg albumin 1.89a 1/4(makes about 10kg) 4 eggs and then get creative with the flavours, yesterdays efforts were chocolat and caramel cream and tomorows will be ............. mole catcher 1
this mix works for me soya flour egg powder sweetner 4eggs flavourings pinch of hand granade that works a treat, gets them right up on the surface Quote Link to post
AIRGUNNER 1
No mate it doesnt have to be a 50/50 mix, when i first ever started making boilies i used the basic kitchen ingreidents then once gained some more expierence then moved up to adding attractants, preservatives and proteins. Also 8hot boilies dont have to be boiled. One thing to remember though mix liquids with liquids and powders with powders to get get a nice even mix. Quote Link to post
