Reloading Cartridges

Recommended Posts

oh just splendid bloody out of stock!!!

Reloading Manual by Speer............ has many pages about handloading - how to do it, suggested loads, background information about primers and powders. I found one s/h about a year ago for £1 in a charity shop. It doesn't have to be the latest edition, the information about reloading doesn't change.

I know several people who looked up "reloading" on You Tube, and learnt how to reload from the clips on there.

http://www.rcbs.com/guide/default.aspx is a guide to reloading.

http://www.midwayuk.com/ is where I buy a lot of my reloading supplies by mail order over the web.

I reload for target shooting, particularly for gallery rifle loads, I use a Dillon XL650 http://www.dillonprecision.com/#/content/p.../catid/1/XL_650

which is a progressive press, auto indexing, and very efficient. If you are going to shoot a lot of ammunition in a week (I often shoot several hundred rounds a week) then this is a real timesaver. Dillon you have to order directly from America, but it is very easy.

RCBS also make good presses. The Lee are OK, but I find the progressives wear out quickly.

Good luck!
