Shooting Today

Went for a walk to one of my permissions not far from my house today, the farmer has a problem with what seems to be thousands of Jackdaws eating his chicken feed.

 

Anyway, arrived at abot 6:00 and took a walk through a small wood and i heard afew in the trees jacking and cackling so i kept walking and i could see a black blob on the top of a fir tree about 40 yards away, needless to say i took aim on the top of his chest and down he fell not a flap of his wings .

 

 

Had a look where i hit him and i couldnt see where the pellet smacked him on his chest but i turned him around and there was a hole about 1cm across where the .177 blew out of him .

 

I had another one after him but i didnt manage to get any pics beacase it was dark.

 

All in all another good little mooch and even though i had two of the little fu**ers ill be back for them again .

id say its a raider too my mate has 1 very good and accurate guns at a cheap price

Thanks for the replys, yes they are good guns, i could have sold this for £100 and my mother would have paid the rest for a Daystate mk2 but i turned it down couldnt be arsed with a gun like that, computer controlled etc... Id rather just have a good old solid one you can smah about and not worry .

Ive had so many kills with this it was my first rifle and i will never sell it .
