morgo 0
I can't really comment on staight malis but I recently bought the malinoisxgreyhound that was on this forum I believe he's out of morgo's first litter he has the same attitude and running style as a gsdx but is racier built than a lot of gsdx's the dog is a quick learner in the time i've had him I can drop him at 50-60 yards by voice, hand signal or whistle and he'll do a 25 minute blind stay and he didn't lay when I got him although he did other things he jump like a steeplechaser and although he only picked a few bits he's shown no fear on any quarry and any mistakes he made he's quickly rectaified them I think malis and there crosses are good if you can give them plenty work but I wonder if some malixgreyhound will turn out to sharp for a lot of people to live with. Hi mooney, yes i did breed that dog, you sound prety pleased with him? I mated my real strong mali to a coursing greyhound bitch, the pups are 2 weeks old today, These pups should be real good strong dogs, the breading thats behind them is unbelivable really old belgium ring lines. Theres 7 pups 2 female 5 male, there like peas in a pod at the moment nothing between them. Quote Link to post
mooney 0
I am pretty pleased at the moment just looking foward to giving the dog some work in a few weeks some early season ferreting to start because he's done no ferreting yet but between he's nose, brain and running ability I can't see many problems for him. can't wait.I understand you keep very serios mali and appreciate you keeping standards high I wish I was in the market for a pup cos I'd bite hand off for one. will you be keeping any yourself? all the best Quote Link to post

samba 534
If she carries on the way she is I will be putting Dave Slieghts Wild Boy (13/4 Greyhound 1/14 Whippet) over her and I recon that will produce my ideal lurcher. Regards Warren JUST READ IN EDRD THAT DAVE AS FOUND THIS DOG IN IS KENNEL AFTER A ILLNESS Quote Link to post
john hubery 9
watching that video it is hard to belive that the same dogs can be so gentle with family members Quote Link to post
Guest warren
Wow those malis are keen. I agree with John Hubery, its hard to imagine they can be so good with family. My bitch Fiz is brilliant with my two little lads, of course I watch her like a hawk but she has never done anything to give me concern. After adding that I dread to think what she would do to anyone that shouldnt be in my kennels!! I am really looking forward to the rabbiting season ahead with her. Morgo, I know K Harper well enough to say he is one great guy, may be one of the best!! Dickies-dogz, I have never seen Bulldogs Mali X to comment. Regards Warren Quote Link to post
