Guest SJM
I have always wondered this, why do they sit on the horses like that with their legs stretched away out? It looks weird and uncomfy as f**k, is it some kind of weird tradition or what? Ive done a lot of bareback riding and you dont sit like that, at least not if you want to ride well and in harmony with your horse ETA great pics Edited June 8, 2008 by SJM

Guest SJM
I just wondered cos its possible to ride a horse in all paces with no saddle sitting in the normal upright position with legs hanging straight down, I thought maybe it was a bollock protection exercise as Ive only ever seen pics of lads doing it thats me put right then
