Guest bigredbusa
i dont see how people say that bull x's are dangerous in any kind of way or a time bomb, iv seen a deerhound hang off my mates bull x's face and the bull x jus let it and howled its tits off didnt even bother fighting back, that night when they were both out tho the deerhound took about a minute to kill a fox while the bull x killed 1 in easy 10 seconds both dogs caught them single too the bull x is a very very heavy dog hes a half x you could put him round any child any livestock and hes great (THE FOXES WERE CAUGHT IN 2004) oh you mean this one by lurcherboy ? come fella get yer facts right. Malt 379
On the subject of 10 second kills, I've just googled to find out the average weight of a fox. Average for a dog fox in the uk is 14lbs (one stone?). Why is it so hard to believe that a dog weighing up to 5 times as much, can kill a fox nearly instantly? Granted it might not happen every time, but it wouldn't take much to break the foxes neck with one good strong bite in the right place & one or two good shakes. (Pre ban of course!) Guest lurcherboy2008
undisputed believe me mate 10 seconds aint very long for a good bull x, dont need a stop watch iv seen that dog put a bend or 2 into a fox bring it close to us pull it and by the time were up to the kill its just stone dead, dont need no stopwatch mate believe me 1 day when you test a real well bred bull x and see it go properly youll realise, i know youve probably been in the game longer than me but believe me mate thats why i always argue that bull x's ain shit or a shit cross Quote Link to post
Brummy 9
Tallyho where in my post did I say that Bull X's aren't working dogs? Don't presume me to be an idiot like morons about which I post: Ive just got a Bull X myself, Dont wana sound stupind but whats the law on them, As the have bull in them, do you have to have a license?Cheers Tom What I'm getting at is the fascination that messers have with these dogs and the shite they come out with on these forums. At the end of the day they will never own a decent dog anyhow because the lads breeding the real gear won't GIVE (not sell!!) them to pricks and one season wonders ! I like Bull X's and have seen a few very good ones work................ Quote Link to post
skeet 1
the only difference being, when a bull cross goes for some poor child or person, it does not stop at just a bite or 2, they crunch none stop!!!!! they can kill other dogs quicker in a kennel fight in most circumstances aswell. personally, i dont like the cross, but thats just me, each to their own. ive got two bullx yes they munch things up but thats what i got them for, i dont do rabbits. A DOG FOR A JOB! very good drawing dogs. dont knock the dogs untill you have tried one Quote Link to post

Tom terrier a licence ? dont think so buddy , pits are banned full stop and the rest are kc crap You were saying Tom Terrier ? You and the rest of the messer brigade expose yourselves every time you come out with stupid questions/statements and theories that you probably picked up in Countrymessers Weekly or Plummer books. Bull crosses are there to do a job and to get the most out of one you need a multitude of things like the right breeding, careful entering and the ability to read a dog, the ability to assert discipline over the dog and how to work it correctly ! They are not some mystical beast that will kill owt !!! There are plenty of failed Bull X's out there believe me, and plenty more that are only god for pissing up lamp posts. Like good working terriers the breeding is kept to those who know the score and work their dogs right. More importantly it is kept between those who have the balls to say when a dog is faliure and act accordingly. Needless to say they won't ever be bred from. As many dogmen who know will tell you there are a lot of Bull X's being bred that frankly are utter rubbish and the breeder is only breeding to service the demand for that type of dog and of course the money !! Thanfully I suppose these are the only dogs that messers will get their hands on !! Quote Link to post

(Pre ban of course!) best reply so far now my say if 10lb jr with week mouth fact it is my dog nails a rabbit in a purse net that rabbit can be dead in 1 or 2 seconds by one bite to the ribs end result burst hart and lungs broken back so i cant see how a70lb bull x cant manage the same result rember rabbit is around 3lb so you can :gunsmilie:all do your maths plus i hope bull x have stronger mouth than my jr Quote Link to post
