I found a baby one of these when i was walking the dog yesterday morning, tried to fly out a tree and nearly landed on my head!!!!

 

Dont think it was very well as both it's eyes looked a bit clouded like cataracts do and it didnt try to bite or scratch me when i picked it

 

put it up into a bush as the dog was trying to eat it!

Cheers, never seen a young one before so thought it may have been a bit more feisty than it was.

whats up with it foxy ?was it injured or had it been wet ? it doesnt look to clever . good photo mind you

It was a bit wet with no obvious injuries. No broken wings .

 

Farmer took it in to see if it would recover.
