You sure the polecat element of the original cross was pure polecat, Will? Cos there's apparrently a large percentage of hybrids in the native polecat population.

There seems to be a very good population of polecat type animals living here, and also Shropshire, seen enough off them squashed going through the county

i live in shrpshire and im pretty sure it was a wilden it was poacherjoes breeding ask him

 

Could be if poacherjoe 'obtained' his polecat local to you....

hears my lad 50/50 wild polecat to ferret all i say is he is very cleaver and strong

beautiful creature see alot of them up on my permission u cant beat ferreting the wood edges and see polecat playin beautiful sight happy hunting silenthunter.........
