223 Target Scope

Recommended Posts

I'm after a scope for my 223 target rifle for use at varying ranges - i.e. I need to be able to adjust the zero reliably and easily.

Also want a mil-dot reticle or another similar type.

Thus far I'm thinking along the lines of a Bushnell 3200 10x40 or a Falcon 10x42. Apart from these any I should consider at their price point (£200 or thereabouts)?

Don't want MTC, too much grief with the Viper I bought.

A lot of tactical shooters are using them and are saying that they are a lot faster to range with, never been really keen on mil dots myself, I feel my confident knowing the capabilities of my rifle. On a side note a lot of the lads in The Ghan are using laser rangefinders to get the distance to target, it is pure and simply a lot faster.

My MTC... well, the first one had dust in the reticle. The second one didn't zero up properly or hold a zero after a light knock.

I am waiting for MTC to fix it/test it/send it back to me. Been a while, need to chase them.
