Simoman 110
I think you would be better off investing in some Nikes with cleats as you will have a better catch ratio with bolted bunnies than a Dogue De Bordeaux..........Too big, heavy, slow and ungainly for catching bunnies. BlueCoyote 0
i'm open minded enough that i wouldnt say yay or nay.... but ..... all you can do is try it and see. personally i think the bunny would have more sport with the dog rather than the other way around. i think this breed might have, at one time, been decent if thats all you had to work with, but these days they're too big, and probably dont have good breathing for the flat out running. they're muscle dogs too..... maybe they would work better with hogs? it would probably be a lame rabbit that you catch. i wouldnt mind seeing someone use this breed for sport rather than a lawn ornament but you'll have your work cut out for you.
