fergie 0 Posted June 1, 2008 Report Share Posted June 1, 2008 had to go in to work today so i thought i would take the air rifle to zero well i finished early so zeroed my hw100k at 13yrds the cheked points of aim at 20-35yrds i was sorted off i went and found some rabbits first was a BIG buck 1 shot one kill at 30yrds standing, i thought i would take my shooting position up here i waited about 5 minutes and out comes number two to the right i can only see its head up the top of the hill 4 mill dots down on my scope a pop number two in the bag at 52 yrds i waited a bit longer but nothing came out so i tought i would drive the long way round camp home just up the road there was a pigeon sall I OH WHY NOT 20yrd head shot go a bit further theres a rabbit on the laft oh wait theres one on the right head shot 40yrds left then i check right 44yrds head shot total 4 rabbits i pigeon 5 pellets and a good bit of ferret food WHO SAYS .177 IS NO GOOD FOR HUNTING Quote Link to post
